Common causes we find in Sinoville

Refrigerant loss through a pinhole or joint leak
Failed or seized compressor
Blocked capillary or filter drier
Condenser fan not running
Faulty thermostat or control board

Our diagnostic and repair process

STEP 01
Symptom capture
We record the exact behaviour, error code, model number and how long the fault has been present before we touch the unit.
STEP 02
Electrical verification
Supply voltage, breakers, capacitors, contactors and control boards are tested with a meter — not guessed at.
STEP 03
Refrigeration measurement
Suction and discharge pressures, superheat and subcooling are measured to confirm whether the sealed system is the real cause.
STEP 04
Airflow and water side
Filters, fans, coils, drains and water circulation are checked, because restricted flow imitates a dozen other faults.
STEP 05
Written finding and quote
You receive the cause, the parts required, the cost and the expected lifespan of the unit before any work starts.
STEP 06
Repair and verification
After the repair we run the unit through a full cycle and log the operating temperatures to prove it is back in spec.

Maintenance that prevents the repeat call-out

Pretoria dust, hard water and summer load are the three things that shorten equipment life here. Annual coil cleaning, drain clearing, electrical torque checks and a refrigerant charge verification typically cost a fraction of the compressor they protect. We can place your Sinoville equipment on a scheduled maintenance visit with written temperature logs after each service.
