Reyds Refrigeration collects only the information you provide when requesting a service: your name, contact details, address and a description of the equipment and fault. We use it to contact you, attend the call-out and keep a service history for your equipment.

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the technician attending your job and, where a part must be ordered, with the supplier for that part.

Service records are retained so that future repairs can reference past work. You may request a copy or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@reyds.co.za or calling 069 268 0988.

This site uses basic analytics to understand which service pages are useful. No payment information is collected on this website.
