Terms of Service

Call-out and diagnostic fees are quoted before a technician is dispatched and are payable whether or not you proceed with the repair, as they cover the travel and diagnostic time.

Repair work is quoted after diagnosis. No parts are fitted and no additional labour is charged without your approval of that quote.

Workmanship and the parts we supply are guaranteed. The guarantee excludes further faults arising from unrelated components, power surges, physical damage, incorrect use, or work carried out by others after our visit.

Where equipment is beyond economical repair, we will say so and provide replacement options. Any deposit for ordered parts is non-refundable once the part has been ordered against your approval.
